Bathrooms – they are not the heart of the home, but they are a huge selling feature. These little spaces, when designed properly, make homeowners really happy.

Nothing says luxury (especially in cold Saskatchewan winters) like a heated bathroom floor!

Most of us have something in the bathroom that needs a plugin in the bathroom: toothbrush, razor, hairdryer, curling iron, etc. Hiding an outlet in a drawer or cabinet helps keep those items off the countertop and can prevent them from encountering pooled water and creating a hazard.
Storage with built-in outlets is a great way to keep your bathroom looking luxurious and to keep items hidden and off the counter. A bathroom with built-in technology is a great way to go.
3) Recessed Shower Walls
These days it is wise to design and build showers with dedicated space for shampoo bottles, soap, and other products. And a niche recessed into a shower wall is by far the most popular solution. Also, this adds a luxurious feel to your bathroom because showers can look cluttered when you have hangers to hold your items.
Bathrooms with well thought out design, like a recessed wall, are a great way to keep your bathroom looking clean and clear.
4) High-quality plumbing fixtures
You know how they say, don’t judge a book by its cover? Well, don’t judge faucets on looks alone. While the outsides might look good, the inner components are also critical to how these pieces function and how long they will last.
Poorly made fixtures often have plastic pieces inside that breakdown, affecting water flow and other performance features. If you are building a high-end bathroom don’t buy cheap faucets, taps, showerheads that are going to break down after a few years.
