Gregg Bamford

Gregg is the quintessential Real Estate Professional; delivering an honest approach to real estate for over seventeen years. As a top agent in Saskatoon, he’s considered to be a visionary in the industry, specializing in marketing and in delivering results to clients. He focuses on residential properties, including new home construction, acreages, developments and luxury real estate properties.

He is also very passionate about community! His mission is to support Saskatoon and make this city a better place to be for everyone. His spare time is spent giving back, which has earned him a Top Saskatchewan Lifetime Miracle Agent Award from The Saskatchewan Children’s Hospital. He’s the 2021 winner of the We Are Proud of You Award from the B’nai Brith and he’s honoured to be the winner of the Canadian Realtors Care Award for 2021, a national award recognizing one agent in the country for their extraordinary community involvement.

One Small Step is his new passion as he co-created the online platform after experiencing what it was like to live like he was homeless while raising money for Sanctum 1.5. He believes that every city needs to be more connected to their local charities and by doing that we will continue to give a hand up to those most in need.

Ryan Bamford

Ryan specializes in residential real estate and is a top producing agent. He’s always been intrigued with real estate, architecture, and how cities evolve and grow with development.

He prides himself on staying on top of current market conditions, and having a good understanding of construction and neighbourhoods. Because he always has his clients’ best interests at heart, he values taking time to understand their needs. He feels blessed to have worked as a Real Estate Professional for over 15 years in a city he’s passionate about, in a career he loves.

For his professional endeavours Ryan was the recipient of the Spirit of the West Award in 2020.

Being involved in his community is something Ryan is also passionate about. He volunteers as the hockey coach for inner-city school kids with KHL. He’s also a committee member with Hockey Helps The Homeless.

Ryan also enjoys being active. You might find him exploring Saskatoon with his dog (Ace) or spending quality time with his friends on the golf course, hockey rink, or at the gym. Family is also very important to Ryan and he’s grateful for the relationships he has with his parents and brothers. As Saskatoon continues to grow, Ryan looks forward to growing with it, always continuing to call it home.

Originally from Manchester, England Caroline now calls Saskatoon home.
