JANUARY 2022 MONTHLY REAL ESTATE REVIEW

Dear valued clients,

We hope this email finds you well. As we start a new year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the state of the Saskatoon real estate market and the opportunities that lie ahead.

The Saskatoon Real Estate Market

Last January, there were 243 homes sold in Saskatoon, while this January there were 201 homes sold, a decrease of 17.3% compared to the previous year. Despite this decrease, the demand for homes in our area remains strong, especially in the entry-level property market.

With the median sale price dropping from $343,900 in January 2022 to $327,000 in January 2023, a decrease of 4.9%, Saskatoon remains a stable and attractive market for real estate investment. Additionally, active listings are up 2.5% this year.
